من طرف [rtl] تحت رعاية وحضور معالي الشيخ سعيد بن طحنون آل نهيان وتضامنا مع عام زايد الخير إنطلق مهرجان القرية الخليجية تحت شعار العرس الخليجي والتي نظمتها رابطة فخر الوطن التطوعية برئاسة السيد علي محمد المازم و بالتعاون مع جمعية الإمارات لرعاية وبر الوالدين ومجموعة عيال زايد للفرق التطوعية حيث أقيمت الفعالية في سوق هيلي الشعبي بمدينة العين بحضور كل من الفنانة شموخ ممثلة مملكة البحرين التي أحيت الحفل بأغاني وطنية وغيرها كما شارك في الحفل مجموعة السحاب الخيرية من سلطنة عمان وفريق السويق الخيري حيث هدفت هذه المبادرة إلى الإحتفال الجماعي بثلاثة أعياد وطنية لثلاث دول خليجية وهي دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وسلطنة عمان ومملكة البحرين وذلك تعضيدا لأواصر المحبة والصداقة التي تجمع شعوب هذه الدول مع بعضها البعض.
