Liverpool are preparing for a pole-skating Spain Real Madrid and Barcelona, on a landmark deal next summer.
According to the German newspaper Bild, Liverpool have turned their attention to Luka Jović, the striker from Benfica, who has been loaned to Eintracht Frankfurt.
The newspaper pointed out that Liverpool asked the player's agent about his status, and the possibility of joining him next season.
Barca put Juve as the first goal in the summer Mirkato, to be an alternative to Uruguay Luis Suarez, while linked German reports on Tuesday, moving to Real Madrid for 45 million euros.
Jović leads the league with 14 goals after 21 games.
