Al-Jazeera sweeps the Fujairah in the UAE league
Al-Jazira won a big five-point win over Fujairah on Thursday evening in the 15th round of the Gulf Arab Football League.
Al-Jazira scored 31 points to stay third in the league standings. Al-Fujairah scored 13 points and remained 12th.
Al Jazira opened the scoring in the 21st minute by Ernest Asante, who managed to add his second personal goal to his team in the 33rd minute.
Khalfan Mubarak scored the third goal of the island in the 41st minute, ending the guests for the first half in favor of three clean.
Al-Jazira continued their strong offensive pressure in the second half, and Abdullah Ramadan increased his team's goal with a fourth goal in the 54th minute.
